It’s very much starting to look like Christmas. Particularly in the Morris household, with both our family Christmas gatherings happening in the first two weeks of December.
When it comes to food and Christmas I really enjoy being able to feed the people I love with wonderful food I make myself, but I don’t want to be spending endless hours in the kitchen either.
I also enjoy giving homemade food gifts to people as well, so I hope through the weeks leading up to your Christmas that I can give you some inspiration in the kitchen too.
Starting today with some yummy biscuits I recently transformed.
Using some yummy ingredients, I wanted to transform the humble Anzac biscuit into something a little more festive for Christmas.
I decided to play around with Pistachio’s oranges and ginger.
The final result was these amazing, Ginger, Pistachio and Orange Anzacs.
I love the combination of flavours in these biscuits, and they make great little gifts for Christmas too.
Why not give them a try and you can give them to those special people in your life for Christmas.
In the coming days and weeks leading up to Christmas I hope to give you more Christmas food gift ideas, like my Rocky Road and Caramel Popcorn, along with a few variants on these so you can mix it up your way.
